Throughput, scheduling, gear durability under consecutive use, neighbor relations
About
I’ve managed compact studios where silence is part of the lease. My work centers on class sequencing, equipment rotations, and acoustic mitigation that preserves client experience while keeping the peace next door. I translate operational constraints into smooth, quiet sessions that scale.
Core Beliefs
Operational excellence is quiet, predictable, and invisible to your neighbors.
Background
My first micro-studio shared a wall with a therapist’s office. A single thump during lunch hours nearly ended our lease. We reconfigured schedules, added isolation pads, and swapped equipment. Throughput recovered, complaints vanished. That experience taught me: client flow and neighbor peace must be designed together, not sequentially.
Perspective
I prefer gear that enables fast resets, low-noise under load, and easy sanitizing.
