Decibel measurement, vibration isolation, mechanical stability of Pilates equipment

About

I run our noise and stability bench, translating lab data into real-world calm for compact homes and micro-studios. My work focuses on how equipment sounds, vibrates, and behaves in tight, shared spaces so buyers can choose gear that performs without disturbing their own focus—or anyone else’s.

Core Beliefs

Performance you can live with equals strength, silence, and stability under real constraints.

Background

In my first apartment above a jazz bar, I learned quiet is measurable, not magical. I mapped nighttime hums with a borrowed sound meter, then tuned my practice until the downstairs neighbor stopped knocking. That habit—measure, adjust, verify—became my north star for testing Pilates gear.

Perspective

I favor quieter, more stable builds over flashy features or aesthetics.
